Corn & tomatoes open sandwich

Here's how to make it

Ingredients:-

Boiled sweet corn, tomatoes thinly sliced, sandwich buns, grated cheese, butter,  chilli flakes and coriander for garnishing

Stack up all the ingredients on the bun and garnish with chopped coriander, chilli flakes, salt and pepper.

Toast the open sandwiches in the oven for ten minutes or till the cheese melts

And the finished product.....
